By accessing or using Shitbox Shuffle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Shitbox Shuffle. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are a legal resident of the United States
• Are legally permitted to participate in wagering activities in your jurisdiction
• Are not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.

4. Wagering Rules

All wagers are final once a game begins. Shitbox Shuffle acts as the platform facilitating wagers between matched players. By placing a wager, you acknowledge:

• Wager amounts are deducted from your wallet balance at match start
• Winnings are credited to your wallet upon game completion
• The platform fee is disclosed prior to each match
• Disputes are resolved at Shitbox Shuffle's sole discretion

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools during gameplay
• Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players via the video or chat features
• Attempt to circumvent our matching, wagering, or payout systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of wallet balance.

6. Camera & Video

The Service requires camera access to participate in matches. By enabling your camera, you consent to video transmission to your matched opponent during an active session. Video is not recorded or stored by Shitbox Shuffle.

7. Withdrawals & Payments

Wallet balances may be withdrawn subject to identity verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and applicable fees are outlined in your account settings. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud review.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shitbox Shuffle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to wagering losses, technical failures, or unauthorized account access.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
